AI Policy
Last updated: March 2026
At Aulë Technology Solutions, artificial intelligence is not just a capability — it is a responsibility. This AI Policy outlines our principles, commitments, and standards for how we design, develop, deploy, and govern AI systems on behalf of our clients and within our own operations.
1. Our Core AI Principles
Every AI solution we build is guided by four foundational pillars:
- Transparent — We design AI systems that are explainable and auditable. Clients and end users should be able to understand how and why decisions are made.
- Scalable — Our AI architectures are built to grow with your organization, ensuring solutions remain performant and maintainable over time.
- Secure — We apply enterprise-grade security practices throughout the AI lifecycle, including data handling, model training, and deployment.
- Ethical — We are committed to building AI that is fair, unbiased, and aligned with human values. We actively evaluate our models for disparate impact and unintended consequences.
2. Responsible AI Development
Data Practices
We handle data with care. All data used in AI model development is processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws and client data agreements. We do not use client data to train models for other clients, and we implement appropriate anonymization and access controls throughout the data lifecycle.
Model Development
Our models are built using rigorous engineering practices, including version control, reproducibility standards, and thorough documentation. We evaluate model performance across diverse scenarios and demographic groups to identify and mitigate potential bias before deployment.
Human Oversight
We believe AI should augment human decision-making, not replace it entirely. For high-stakes applications, we design systems that keep humans informed and in control. Automated decisions that significantly affect individuals are flagged for human review where appropriate.
3. Generative AI
When deploying generative AI solutions (including large language models), we apply additional safeguards:
- Output validation and content filtering appropriate to the use case
- Clear disclosure to end users when content is AI-generated
- Guardrails to prevent misuse, hallucination propagation, and harmful outputs
- Ongoing monitoring and human review processes post-deployment
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging Aulë Technology Solutions for AI services are expected to:
- Provide accurate and lawfully obtained data for use in model development
- Define acceptable use cases and boundaries for AI-powered systems
- Maintain appropriate human oversight of AI-assisted decisions
- Promptly report any observed model behavior that raises safety or ethical concerns
5. Prohibited Uses
Aulë Technology Solutions will not design or deploy AI systems intended to:
- Discriminate against individuals based on protected characteristics
- Surveil or manipulate individuals without their knowledge or consent
- Generate disinformation, deepfakes, or deceptive content at scale
- Facilitate illegal activities or cause direct harm to individuals
- Undermine democratic processes or critical infrastructure
6. Continuous Improvement
Responsible AI is not a one-time effort. We are committed to continuously improving our practices as the field evolves. This includes staying current with emerging AI regulations, contributing to responsible AI research, and updating our internal standards to reflect new insights and best practices.
7. Questions & Reporting
